I will introduce about the creativity. Now we have to catagorize about it.

-What is the meaning of the creativity?

-It is producing/not reproducing

-It is ability/not a magic

-Which encourages the creativity?

The better creativity is derived from makng people to do more creative. From the research, someone who Brian dean likes, said that the alcohol and drugs can much encourage the creativity. It said that the punishment and prize, money are not helpful.People have to encourage the creativity with the alcohol and drugs( Don’t forget to stop the people to drug or drink alcohol when they must be addicted on them.)

-Which harms the creativity?

 Following to the research, the compliments as a money or prize, or the lucre decreases the creativity. They make the people too concentrated to the purpose, so there would be no concentration for the creative thoughts.

  In conclusion, I think creativity must be encouraged by the effective ways.
